Experience: 12–15 yearsof experience as aBusiness Analystin amanufacturing or industrialenvironment.Job Purpose: We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Analystto drivedata-driven decision-making ,process optimization , anddigital transformationacrossmanufacturing, supply chain, and financefunctions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical acumen, deep business understanding, and hands-on experience withERP systems (SAP/Oracle)andmanufacturing process improvement .Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Analysis & Process Improvement Evaluate end-to-end business processes acrossproduction, procurement, logistics, quality, and financeto identify inefficiencies. Conductroot cause analysisand design actionable solutions to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implementprocess improvement roadmapsaligned with organizational goals. 2. Data Management & Reporting Gather, clean, and analyze data fromERP, MES, CRM , and other production systems. Develop and maintaindashboards/reportsusingPower BI, Tableau, or Excelfor management insights. Track and analyzeKPIssuch asOEE, production efficiency, inventory turnover, cost variance , andworking capital utilization . 3. Business Planning & Decision Support Supportannual operating plans (AOP)andbudgetingthrough analytical inputs. Preparebusiness casesforCapEx, new product development , andcost optimization projects . Assist leadership withscenario analysis, forecasting , andprofitability assessments . 4. Digital Transformation & ERP Enhancement Collaborate withIT and operationsto improve ERP/MES utilization (SAP/Oracle). Participate insystem upgrades, automation , anduser training . Identify and implementdigital toolsfor productivity improvement. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration & MIS Act as a bridge betweenplant operations, finance , andtechnical teamsto translate business needs into actionable insights. Preparemanagement presentations , dashboards, andMIS reportsto support strategic decisions. Strong background inERP systems ,production analytics , andprocess improvement initiatives . Expertise indata analysis, business process mapping, and performance management . Proficiency inMS Excel, Power BI, Tableau , andERP systems (SAP/Oracle) . Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Knowledge ofLean, Six Sigma , orprocess improvementmethodologies (preferred). Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. Measurableprocess efficiency improvements(cycle time/cost reduction). Accuracy and timelinessof dashboards and analytical reports. Successful executionof process ordigital transformation initiatives .
