Description :Role : It Infra Project ManagerExperience : 9 - 11 yearsLocation : Responsibilities :- Manage and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure projects - including upgrades, cloud migrations, data center initiatives, and hardware/software rollouts.- Oversee IT procurement, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and delivery management.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.- Collaborate with Auto OEMs, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring proactive mitigation and clear communication.- Coordinate across multi-national and multi-cultural teams, fostering effective collaboration and accountability.- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to SLAs and contract Ensure infrastructure modernization initiatives align with corporate IT strategies and compliance standards.- Provide regular project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, governance, and stakeholder Skills & Experience :- Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, data centers, networks, cloud, etc.).- Strong knowledge of IT procurement, vendor negotiation, and contract management.- Hands-on delivery experience in infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and modernization programs.- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, networking, servers, storage, and cloud Experience managing projects across multi-national and cross-functional teams.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent).- Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
