Job Description :


Required :

- Bachelors or Masters Degree

- 10+ years of relevant experience working on implementation and support engagements

- Expert in understanding the ABAP technical development for common domains in SAP

- Experience in managing large teams implementing ABAP solutions in complex IT landscapes.

- Proven ability to lead, coach and provide leadership to staff, including development of goals, objectives and performance success criteria

- Strong hands on ABAP development and testing experience including leading ABAP teams

- Proficiency in ABAP & Object-Oriented ABAP and has knowledge of ABAP Workbench,

- Reports (including ALV), Interfaces (file based, Optional - BAPI, IDOC, ALE etc.),

- Enhancements, Forms ( Adobe Forms), Workflow, Dialog programming

- Has working knowledge of ABAP on HANA concepts like, code push down, AMDP, CDS views, Annotations, OData Services

- Technical experience on at least four implementation project and/or support projects

- Good understanding of the functional end to end process in at least two areas like

- Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Supply chain or individual modules like SD/MM/FI/PP/WM/EWM etc

- Experience of working in both small and large teams

- Strong communication skills

- Exposure to agile development methodology
