Description :What Youll Do :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services- Guide and mentor a team of developers; conduct code reviews and ensure best practices- Work closely with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps teams- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security- Manage database design and queries, with focus on optimization- Handle cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)What Were Looking For :- Strong programming skills in Python- Hands-on experience with Django or Flask- Deep understanding of REST APIs, ORMs, and web architecture- Proven experience in team leadership, mentorship, and agile development- Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsBonus Points For :- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps exposure- Front-end familiarity (React/Vue) for better collaboration (ref:hirist.tech)
