Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend solutions using PHP and Laravel for a University Management Application.

- Design, implement, and manage databases using MySQL.

- Work closely with senior management to align technical efforts with business objectives.

- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong functionality and optimization.

- Participate in the design and development of scalable architecture for future system enhancements.

- Engage in Agile project management practices, including sprint planning and stand-up meetings.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and progress.

- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing best practices and performing code reviews.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework.

- Strong proficiency in MySQL and database design/management.

- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior management.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Experience with University Management Systems or similar large-scale applications is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Previous experience in an educational or administrative software project.

- Familiarity with version control systems (i.e., Git).

- Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and deployment tools.

- Experience with testing tools like PHPUnit and familiarity with CI/CD processes
