This is a remote, flexible opportunity based in India, with competitive hourly pay.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Training & Evaluation- Create and answer technical questions about software engineering concepts, coding best practices, and debugging strategies. - Review and evaluate AI-generated code in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, and C++. - Analyse code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry-standard practices.Technical Feedback- Provide expert-level insights on version control workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative coding practices. - Conduct reviews of AI-generated code outputs, identifying bugs, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. - Offer detailed technical feedback to ensure AI-generated solutions meet real-world software engineering requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, STEM, or a related field from a top 200 global academic institution. - Proficiency in at least two or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, TypeScript, Rust, or C++. - Professional experience in building and maintaining production-grade software repositories. - Strong knowledge of Git (or similar version control systems), including branching, merging, and collaborative development workflows. - Hands-on experience in code reviews, debugging complex issues, and analyzing large codebases. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to communicate coding best practices clearly.Compensation & Benefits- Flexible schedule – work 5–10 hours/week, up to 40 hours if preferred. - Remote work – based in India. - Join a global community of coding experts contributing to advanced AI tools. - Free access to the Model Playground to experiment with and engage with leading large language models.Ready to revolutionise AI with your coding expertise?
