Job Description:

Work Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Pune

Working Hours: US time zone

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information technology/software engineering.

 

Responsibilities for Sales Development Representative

- Lead Generation:

-            Develop proactive outreach strategies for lead generation, focusing on NetSuite and Salesforce applications.

 -           Identify new leads by researching services and conducting market analysis.

 -        Build and actively manage a list of prospect accounts and contacts.

 -        Weekly reach out to prospects through digital campaigns (LinkedIn, emails) and follow up with cold calling and active client engagement.

 -        Build a sales funnel of prospects to meet company revenue goals.

- Collaboration and Support:

-         Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts.

-         Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting.

-         Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives.

- Training and Development:

-         Participate in NetSuite and Salesforce training events to gain industry insights and solution knowledge.

- Reporting:

 -        Weekly reporting and tracking of prospecting activities to management.

 

Qualifications for Sales Development Representative

-          Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or software engineering.

-          1-2 years of relevant work experience.

-          Engineer or development background preferred.

-          Outgoing and positive personality with excellent oral communication skills, ideally with public speaking experience.

-          Strong written English communication and email drafting skills.

-          Working knowledge of the application development market, specifically Microsoft development platforms, with the ability to learn new software quickly.

-          Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and execute digital outreach, making 40 to 80 outbound calls daily.

-          Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to make new connections with prospects.

-          Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, Ahrefs, vector.co, woodpecker, Microsoft DMC, Salesforce, and other similar prospecting applications.

-          Passion for closing deals using complex market research and a focus on continuous learning and improvement.

-          Thorough understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to establish rapport with prospects.

  • -          Willingness to work during US time zones, supporting up to 6:00 PM PST.
