Job Description:

As a Lead .NET Engineer at our company, you'll be at the forefront of driving the success of our projects. You will lead a small, expert team of .NET and QA engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to engineering best practices.

Your role will be hands-on, requiring you to lead by example while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our products.

Responsibilities :

- Lead a small, expert team of .NET and QA engineers.

- Take ownership of delivering high-quality code, both individually and from team members.

- Uphold engineering best principles and practices.

- Conduct code reviews and oversee all commits and pull requests, enforcing version control.

- Collaborate with the wider team, including management, technical architects, quality assurance engineers, and product and design owners, to ensure product delivery meets or exceeds expected requirements within planned timelines.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of required documentation.

- Mentor more junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

- Develop, maintain, and enforce policies related to project technical requirements and customer expectations.

- Ensure appropriate render modes are used per page/component and maintain high unit test coverage (minimum 80%).

- Follow specific policies regarding the project's technical requirements.

Key Skills :

- Minimum 7 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting websites, web applications, and middleware components/services using .NET and C# (version 6 and above, preferably version 8).

- Experience in building front-end applications using Blazor (version 6 and above, preferably version 8).

- Proficiency in Bootstrap CSS (with Sass).

- Experience in authoring APIs/Services and automating unit testing.

- Familiarity with integrating Azure API Management, Active Directory, and App Insights.

- Proficiency in SonarCloud and Snyk.

- Awareness of best practices for developing secure software.

- Strong commitment to software quality, documentation, and meeting deadlines.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines.
