Description : About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both front-end (React.js/Next.js) and back-end development (Node.js/Python).Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end web applications with modern UI and REST APIs- Implement reusable, scalable, and maintainable components- Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams for successful feature rollouts- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesRequired Technical Skills : Front-End : - Next.js, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Back-End :- Node.js, Express.js- Python (preferred) with Django REST FrameworkDatabases :- PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDBPreferred Exposure :- Cloud platforms : AWS / Azure- Git & CI/CD pipelines- Message Queuing systems (nice to have e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)Preferred Qualifications : - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field- Strong understanding of microservices architecture- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative Agile environment- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
