Relationship Manager - Retail Business Banking Product
Role Overview:
- The Relationship Manager (RM) will focus on acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of mortgage products through both direct and channel distribution.
- The role requires excellent sales skills, customer engagement, and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers for mortgage products through direct and indirect channels.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive engagement and lead conversion.
- Channel Support: Assist channel partners in closing deals and provide product training when needed.
- Customer Service: Provide seamless post-sales support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Retail Business Banking or mortgage sales.
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
