We believe a lot of wrong has been done to farmers and food in the last few decades and our attempt is to make it right for both. We do this by creating role model farmers in villages who can inspire other farmers to stay put, grow and thrive in their own villages
About the role:
We are seeking a Scriptwriter who can craft compelling scripts for thought-leadership videos, brand storytelling, and product-focused content that aligns with our mission and engages our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Research and write scripts for thought-leadership videos, bringing out Akshayakalpa's expertise in organic farming, sustainability, and rural entrepreneurship.
- Create engaging brand narratives and stories that highlight Akshayakalpa's journey, values, and impact.
- Develop conversational and relatable product scripts that effectively communicate features, benefits, and unique selling points of Akshayakalpa products.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team, video producers, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure scripts align with overall brand messaging and strategy.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts for video campaigns and content series.
Audience Focus:
- Tailor scripts to resonate with diverse audiences, including urban consumers, sustainability advocates, and health-conscious families.
- Ensure all scripts are engaging, clear, and aligned with Akshayakalpa's brand voice and tone.
Editing and Refinement:
- Revise and polish scripts based on feedback, ensuring high-quality output that meets project deadlines.
- Adapt scripts for multiple formats, including short-form social media videos, long-form YouTube content, and explainer videos.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a scriptwriter, content writer, or similar role, preferably in the FMCG, sustainability, or organic food industry.
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Familiarity with brand communication and consumer behavior.
- Ability to write for various video formats and platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and .
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
