We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Presentations Specialist
Principal responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for remaining abreast of technological advances in the areas of document/presentation production following template guidance specified by HSBC Marketing while ensuring quality and on-time delivery of own output As part of the role, Specialist will assess the job, provide estimated production time and liaise with stakeholders (locally and globally) to determine deadlines, clarify job instructions and requirements when required. Specialist will be responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact; providing a range of design, layout and production services for output in print, web, interactive and presentation materials that fit project requirements. Adhering to content and design guidelines; and contributing to the strategic and creative execution of communicationsRequirements Post-secondary education - either at the degree level or a relevant professional diploma or certificate Strong command of both written and spoken English 3-5 years of experience in a design agency environment or other similar industry is preferable Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with strong expertise in PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign Experience template creation and animation Flexibility in working different shifts Video content experience: familiarity with video content creation; storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production using Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects or similar applications is preferable
