You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.Furthermore, we would like you to be able to say yes to the following:Team player who communicates well with all colleaguesPunctual, reliable and trustworthySense of urgencyYes, yes, yes mentalityCan do attitudeThe role...- Greet and welcome all guests and members warmly at all times. - Receive calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries. - Responsible to answer the main line and sending calls in the right direction as needed. - Be well versed on all aspects of the Club, including all menus, and daily events. - Receptionists must keep the reception area, desk, and coat check clean at all times. - Take IRD orders. - Knowledge of IRD menus. - Perform Guest List duties on the floor level or Rooftop. - Assist with any guest related issues. - Converse with members and report any potential issues to their Manager. - Maintain a fun and energetic attitude at all times. - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager. - Comply with all hotel policies, standards and local laws. - Any other tasks assigned by manager.
