We have been expanding rapidly, currently employing over 1000 people and have also served more than 10M happy customers.Role and Responsibilities:We are looking for someone to be a part of Gritzo a leading online nutrition brand in India. Gritzo is Indias first personalized child nutrition brand where we believe every child is unique and so is their growth journey. This role will be a part of the brand team at Gritzo and will be reporting directly to the Business Head. This role will need a balance of both left brain & right brain attributes. The person will be responsible for driving topline growth through new product development, category & channel led initiatives.Role and Responsibilities:As an ABM in Gritzo you will have the following responsibilities:New Product Development:Whitespace mapping: - Identify new whitespaces to launch new products in collaboration with the R&D team. - This includes deep diving into the science behind the product, understanding the formulation, working on sensory development crafting key USPs & packaging of the product. - Exploring flavour extensions for each product. Working closely with channel to launch trial packs, new packaging sizes, etc.Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: - Plan & execute the GTM strategy for new product launched within the portfolio, GTM includes determining pricing & channel SKU sizes, create awareness through influencer amplification & work on performance marketing narratives that resonate with the TG and drive higher ROIs. - Provide product briefs to the marketing team & collaborate with them to launch products across digital channels, Own & execute product photoshoots for every new product launch within the portfolio. Ideate on possible tie-ups partnerships to amplify the new product launchCategory Management (D2C + Ecom/QCom):- Create listing images across D2C, Ecom & QCom platforms- Collaborate with the supply chain teams to manage inventory levels for each SKU- Work closely with the Ecom channel teams to provide static banners & videos to drive BTL ROIs- Drive new combo creation & manage product lifecycle on marketplaces- Cross Brand Associations/Tie-Ups: Identifying new partners, opportunities to leverage their network to grow Gritzo.- Create & monitor daily reports: Analyse portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, and track competition. Create Daily dashboards & streamline data in collaboration with the analytics team.Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days.Work-Ex: 2-4 Years.
