Sales & Business Performance- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and drive store profitability. - Analyze sales reports, footfall trends, and conversion rates to identify improvement areas. - Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional strategies to maximize sales.Store Operations- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs, store hygiene, and brand guidelines. - Manage inventory control, stock levels, shrinkage, and store audits. - Ensure timely stock replenishment, order planning, and coordination with warehouse/supply chain teams. - Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and daily reconciliation.Customer Experience- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations promptly. - Ensure staff follow the brand’s service standards and customer engagement protocols. - Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions when needed.Team Management- Hire, train, and mentor the store team to ensure consistent performance. - Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and skill enhancement sessions. - Create a positive work environment promoting teamwork and motivation.Compliance & Reporting- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements. - Maintain accurate records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports. - Coordinate with HR, finance, supply chain, and other supporting departments.
