Job Title : Unqork Configurator/ Application Development Lead.Location : Hyderabad.Experience : 6+ years.Employment Type : Full-time.About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Unqork Application Development Lead to design, build, and optimize next-generation digital solutions.In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of Unqork applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration within the organizations broader digital ecosystem.You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality, and user-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Unqork application design and development, ensuring robust, efficient, and secure delivery.- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements, design workflows, and configure Unqork modules.- Integrate Unqork applications with APIs and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.- Maintain and enhance application quality through systematic testing, debugging, and adherence to best practices.- Document technical configurations, workflows, and releases to ensure transparency and maintainability.- Stay current on Unqork platform enhancements, adopting new features to drive performance and scalability.- Champion agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and iterative improvements.- Mentor and guide junior Unqork developers, fostering technical excellence and collaborative culture.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6+ years of hands-on Unqork experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or senior developer capacity.- Unqork Associate/ Developer Certification (mandatory).- Strong understanding of application configuration, development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.- Proven experience working with REST APIs, system integrations, and enterprise-grade solutions.- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for agile project management and documentation.- Working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and scripting languages (JavaScript or Python).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with high attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively across technical and business teams.- Highly self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience delivering low-code/no-code implementations in enterprise or financial domains.- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Understanding of data architecture, governance, and API security.- Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.Low-code platforms like Unqork are redefining how enterprises build and scale digital solutions faster, leaner, and smarter.But true impact comes from leaders who can turn configuration into innovation seamlessly connecting technology, business, and experience.Are you one of them?
