About the Role :This role is ideal for someone with hands-on consulting experience in Business Central who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex business challenges with technology.Client Consulting & Solution Design :- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, pain points, and goals.- Translate business requirements into tailored Business Central solutions.- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture.Implementation & Delivery :- Manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support.- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client objectives.- Provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services.Pre-Sales & Advisory :- Support pre-sales efforts by participating in demos, scoping sessions, and proposal development.- Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and Business Central capabilities.Collaboration & Support :- Work closely with developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.- Troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance on Business Central :- 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.- Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.Key Responsibilities :- Reporting to the Consulting Manager, this is a client-facing consulting role focused on delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.- Youll act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your deep product knowledge and consulting experience to guide them through discovery, design, implementation, and post-go-live support.
