Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Designer to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of 3D perspectives and an engineering background. This role requires a blend of design research, visual storytelling, and prototyping to create impactful solutions that align with Bert Labs' vision.

Requirement :

- Conduct research and analysis to identify design opportunities and industry trends.

- Capture visual and technological trends to inform design decisions.

- Create visually compelling designs for our integrated features.

- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive design solutions.

- Design infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Create and maintain design assets and style guides while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

- Work closely with the design team and project managers to convert concepts into proof of concepts (POCs).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment and consistency.

- Innovate by creating design proposals and pitches that contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications :

- 3 - 6 years of relevant industry experience

- UX research - study the client/product or service experience

- Collaboration - bring the best of solution

- Wireframing and UI prototyping - Test before you build

- UX writing - build workflows & architecture diagrams

- Visual communication - content creation and presentation

- User empathy - Apply Design Thinking skills

- Proven Communication Skill

- Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines.

- Experience collaborating with front-end development teams.

- Familiarity with Agile design methodologies.
