About the Role : We are seeking a highly capable Manager/Senior Manager for our Data Science team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, and data analytics/data science, with hands-on experience in the BFSI domain and finance data. This role requires a strategic thinker with exposure to big data processing and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage data analytics strategies that align with our business goals.

- Lead data science projects from conception to implementation.

- Analyze financial data to create actionable insights and support decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective data solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics activities.

- Mentor and develop a team of data analysts and scientists.

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Cloud (AWS, Azure) ML

- Solid experience in data analytics and data science.

- Hands-on experience with finance data and familiarity with the BFSI domain.

- Understanding of scorecards and their application in business analytics.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to big data processing and analytics (Data lake, Data bricks)

- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Proven track record of managing data analytics projects.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
