Position: Assistant / Deputy Manager

Salary upto: 7-8 LPA

Reports to: Senior Manager – Data Management


Job responsibilities:

 Organize and clean the collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency, preparing it for analysis.

 Perform basic data analysis tasks, such as calculating averages, percentages, and correlations, under the guidance of

the senior manager.

 Assist in gathering various types of educational data, including student records, test scores, and demographic

information.

 Identify trends and patterns within the data to uncover insights that can inform decision-making processes.

 Work collaboratively to compile analyzed data into comprehensive reports and dashboards.

 Ensure that reports are structured and formatted in a way that effectively communicates key findings to management.

 Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI/Google Studio and Excel to create visually appealing charts,

graphs, and maps.

 Assist the senior manager in using data analysis results to make informed decisions related to curriculum development,

student interventions, and resource allocation

 Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different sources.


Key Performance Indicators:

 Turn-around time for data analysis and report generation as per agreed plan and timeline

 100% accuracy in analysis of a given set of data

 Zero ambiguity in report presentation for a given set of data

 User-friendliness and aesthetic representation of graphs and reports


Requirements:

 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field like statistics, mathematics, or computer science.

 Proficiency in MS Office and any programming languages like Python or R, and SQL for database querying.

 Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and identifying trends.

 4+ years of work experience; of which at least 12 months of relevant experience.

 Experience of using AI tools for data representation.

 Experience with data visualization tools such as MS Excel, Google Studio, Tableau or Power BI.

 Knowledge of relational databases and database management systems.

 Effective communication skills for presenting findings to management.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and problem-solve creatively.
