1. Design Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall design strategy & lead, guide, and mentor the design team.

2. Brand Management: Manage and evolve the WLDD brand and visual identity.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, outreach, and campaign teams.

4. Team Development & Training: Hire, develop, and inspire the design team. Also, train the team to uphold quality standards and stay updated on market trends.

5. Client Communication: Communicate with team leads/clients to understand design needs to interpret briefs into creative ideas and strategic plans.

6. Project Oversight: Oversee design projects from concept to completion & create storyboards, mockups, and strategic design plans.

7. Market Research & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, software, and strategies.


“Your Skills”

  1. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior-level design role.
  2. Creative Vision: Strong creativity with the ability to transform briefs into compelling projects.
  3. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of graphic design tools and software such as Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop & Illustrator. Knowledge of AI is a must.
  4. Leadership: Excellent leadership, organisational, and analytical skills.
  5. Time Management: Proven ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex design and communication challenges.
