We're looking for aStrategic Costing & Pricing Lead( Strategy & Commercial Lead)to join our team and drive product pricing, cost optimization, and scenario planning across our operations.What You’ll Own: Work with engineering and finance teams to define and refineproduct costs Drivecost optimization programsacross functions like supply chain and operations Supportcustomer discussionson pricing and product cost reports Analyze variousbusiness scenariosto support strategic decisions Contribute tonew business proposals, RFQs , and commercial pitch decksWhat We’re Looking For: ✅ B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Electronics) ✅ MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM, or equivalent) preferably ✅ Minimum 2+ years post-MBA experience in Strategy / Consulting / FMCG / FMCD / EMS ✅ Minimum 2–3 years pre-MBA in Engineering or SCM roles preferably ✅ Strong with Excel, product costing, and business case analysis ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsIdeal People Who Can Apply Have a strong foundation in product costing, pricing, or value chain analysis. Enjoy working in high-impact roles involving pricing strategy, cost optimization, and business analytics. Are comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. Hold a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Electronics and an MBA from a good college.A Bit About You: You think strategically, but you love diving into data. You can hold your ground in conversations with engineers and finance teams alike. You thrive on solving complex cost or pricing puzzles, and you enjoy collaborating cross-functionally.Interested?
