The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data visualization, SQL, and system integration (Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS), with a proven ability to design data-driven insights for C-suite executives. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and strong business acumen to deliver real-time, actionable intelligence for leadership teams.Key Responsibilities- Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring high visual appeal, usability, and alignment with executive-level business needs. - Mobile & Web Optimization: Create dashboards optimized for both mobile and desktop, ensuring seamless access to real-time data for CEOs and senior stakeholders. - Data Modelling & Visualization: Develop efficient data models and apply best practices in data visualization for strategic decision-making. - Data Integration: Integrate multiple data sources including Microsoft Dynamics 365, AWS, and internal systems to provide consolidated business insights. - SQL & ETL Pipelines: Write and optimize SQL queries, manage ETL workflows, and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading for Power BI. - Data Quality & Validation: Maintain data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and performance monitoring. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Leadership & Mentoring: Take ownership of deliverables, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor junior developers to ensure project success. - Performance Monitoring: Continuously improve dashboard performance, responsiveness, and usability. - Communication: Present reports, findings, and visual analytics clearly to senior management and business users.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI Development and Data Analytics. - Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling. - Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and transformation. - Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AWS data sources. - Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline design, and data governance best practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Certification such as PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) preferred.Preferred Skills- Power BI (Reports, Dashboards, DAX, Data Models) - Mobile & Web Dashboard Optimization - Data Visualization & Storytelling for Executives - SQL Query Optimization - AWS & Cloud-Based Analytics - ETL and Data Pipeline Development - Agile/Scrum Project Delivery - Leadership and Team CollaborationWhy Join Us- Opportunity to design analytics solutions directly used by top executives. - Collaborative environment focused on innovation and performance. - Exposure to enterprise data systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AWS. - Growth-oriented culture with learning and certification support.
