Each piece merges heritage artistry with contemporary form — where handwork becomes storytelling and intention meets design.As we grow internationally, from India to Dubai and beyond, we’re building a team of thinkers and creators who can translate our vision into a global narrative that feels both soulful and modern.The RoleWe’re looking for a Brand Manager and curator who thrives at the intersection of fashion, storytelling, and strategy.This role is both creative and operational — helping shape how Kochi Kochu is seen, felt, and remembered across every touchpoint, from concept boards to campaign shoots.You’ll work closely with the Founder and Creative Directors, guiding the brand’s day-to-day development, digital presence, and creative direction.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring cohesion across campaigns, social media, website, and PR. - Conceptualize and build moodboards, creative decks, and visual references for upcoming collections and shoots. - Assist in creative direction — from concept shoots to social storytelling. - Manage social media and website development with an eye for luxury aesthetics and audience engagement. - Coordinate brand collaborations, partnerships, and PR activities across global markets. - Plan and organize brand events, press previews, and pop-ups. - Support in production coordination and on-site campaign execution when needed. - Stay up to date with global fashion trends, design references, and cultural movements that inspire the brand’s storytelling.Who You Are- A fashion enthusiast with a natural eye for aesthetics, curation, and composition. - Experienced in branding, content creation, fashion communication, or creative management. - Skilled in social media strategy, content planning, and analytics. - Comfortable with website coordination (Shopify / Wix / WordPress familiarity is a plus) and has worked with a fashion brand before. - A proactive, organized, and energetic personality — equally creative and structured. - Willing to travel for shoots, events, and collaborations. - Open to relocation to Jaipur or Dubai. - Passionate about craftsmanship, slow fashion, and storytelling.Skills & Tools- Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator - Excel / Google Sheets / Notion - Basic video editing & camera understanding - Social media scheduling & analytics - Excellent communication & presentation skillsWhy Join Kochi KochuYou’ll be part of a brand that celebrates heritage while shaping the future of fashion — collaborating across continents, cultures, and crafts.This is an opportunity to grow with a label that values creativity, purpose, and belonging.How to ApplyPlease email recruitment@kochikochu.comwith the subject line “Kochi Kochu – Brand Manager Application.”Include:- A short note expressing your interest in the role - Portfolio and relevant work samples (links preferred) - CV / Resume - Earliest start date
