If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at creating clarity from ambiguity, we’d love to connectWhat You’ll Do Work with Product Managers, users, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements Create high-quality user stories, specifications, and process flows Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across the delivery lifecycle Facilitate discovery, grooming, and user-story breakdown sessions Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, designers, and developers throughout solution design and development Translate business needs into clear technical specifications Support integration, migration, and data mapping activities Manage scope, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment across teams Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervisionWhat We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience inSystems Analysis / Business Analysis ✔ Experience writingfunctional specs&user stories ✔ Understanding ofAPIsand ability to read request/response payloads ✔ Exposure tointegration, migration, and data mapping ✔ Experience withtechnology-enabled change initiatives ✔ Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management & documentation skills ✔ Hands-on experience withJira, Confluence ✔ Knowledge of bothAgile & Waterfallenvironments ⭐ Bonus: Familiarity with theEXUSsystem ⭐ Financial Services domain experience is a plusWhy Join Us?
