Lead– UI/ UX Design

We have an exciting role of Lead– UI/ UX to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.


Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore

You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

Mandatory skills:

•8 -12 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer in a digital ad agency/ start-up

•Solid experience or proven skills in interactive design techniques.

•Passion to learn, move quickly and iterate.

•Experience with the development of complex Digital experiences and websites.

•Willingness to make the most of various available tools to accomplish UX and UI outcomes.

•In-depth knowledge of tools such as Adobe XD, Invision and / or Sketch/ or Figma

•Openness to work with a diverse group of individuals across the world.

•A design portfolio is a must.

•Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.


This is an exciting role and would entail you to

•Work with product owners on briefs and enhance the visual presentation of features and ideas.

•Drive a shared understanding of the problem space using your skills to bring people together.

•Design overall interaction flows.

•Execute fine-grained interface work.

•Create rapid prototypes of features and functions.

•Actively contribute to implementing new features and iterations and ensure quality standards are met.

•Find new opportunities to build patterns and approaches across organizational boundaries.

•Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.

•Promote understanding and demonstrate the value it brings to the product development process.

•Evolve existing and develop new standards and frameworks.
