The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, collaborating closely with architects, frontend teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using .NET / .NET Core. - Lead and contribute to low-level and high-level system design, including architecture diagrams and design documentation. - Build and consume RESTful APIs / Microservices following best practices. - Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and architecture decisions. - Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code adhering to coding standards. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems. - Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.Required Technical Skills- 8+ years of experience in backend development using .NET / C#. - Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs. - Hands-on experience in system design, design patterns, and architectural principles. - Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture. - Experience with SQL Server / other relational databases; ability to design efficient schemas and queries. - Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework / Dapper). - Experience with RESTful services, API versioning, and security (OAuth, JWT). - Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure / AWS preferred). - Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices. - Understanding of performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.Good to Have- Experience with message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka). - Exposure to NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Soft Skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to take ownership and drive technical solutions. - Mentoring and leadership mindset.Education- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
