Candidate should have prior experience of working with e-procurement “procure to pay” or “source to pay” (P2P / S2P) products like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, IVALUA, BASWARE, JAGGAER or any other similar strategic sourcing / e-sourcing / procure2pay / Source2pay product suite.The Implementation / Project Manager Implementation will be responsible responsible for managing multiple & challenging projects for Zycus . Handling multi geographical multivertical Fortune 1000 Global customers. Has an extensive experience in handling International customers and ready to work in shifts depending on the region allocations. Role and Responsibilities:  Would be responsible for Project Management - Manage multiple challenging projects concurrently from initiation through execution and closure. Monitor project progress throughout project life cycle, communicate project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations and individual meetings. Build and provide direction to project teams, create and foster communication among team members Manage Kick- off Meetings (multi geographical multi vertical Fortune 1000 Global customers) Customer Engagement – coordinating with Internal and external stake holders Would enable Presales & Pilots for Tech Wins Would support contract & SOW reviews & address prospect concerns during sales process Identify resource needs, constraints and inter-dependencies. Project Risk Management and Mitigation (Internal & External) Proactively engage other members & collaborate of the organization with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance Follow laid down processes, update weekly status and ensure to have weekly one on one in the team. Learn effective project management skills to deliver projects successfully. Understand and resolve issues (client/internal) with processed data / software effectively and efficiently Travel at regular intervals to customer locations for requirements gathering, project status updates, corrective / preventive action plan etc. Monitor and control project budgets. Provide project management training, assistance and mentoring on project management methodologies, tools and Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems Resource Planning & mentoring the internal team Enable brainstorming sessions with team to gather innovative approaches. Has an extensive experience in handling International Customers Lead New Initiatives - Enable brainstorming sessions with team to gather innovative approaches Job Requirement Eduaction: Graduation/Post Graduation (Full time) Must have experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 services based IT companies/Big 4 Consulting firms 6-13 years experience in End to End Implementation Project Management role is must Delivering multiple and complex projects (Preferably Application Development and Maintenance Projects) Good at Team Management Excellent oral & written communication skills Should be proficient in client interactions Why You Should Join Zycus? 1.
