SAP Lead Architect

This role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and high performing SAP solutions. The architect leads design, integration, technical standards, and roadmap alignment with enterprise architecture while guiding delivery teams across SAP functional and technical domains.The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and integration frameworks, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture for greenfield, brownfield, S/4HANA transformation, and AMS landscapes. - Define and maintain SAP landscape, design standards, and architecture governance frameworks. - Translate business requirements into robust, integrated solutions. - Collaborate with business leaders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient SAP solutions. - Design and oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA (Public/Private Cloud) and related systems. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP consultants, developers, and functional teams. - Ensure seamless integration of SAP with non-SAP systems using SAP CPI, BTP, PI/PO, or other middleware tools. - Evaluate new SAP technologies and innovations (Fiori, BTP, AI, RPA, etc.) to enhance business processes. - Conduct architecture reviews, solution validations, and performance assessments. - Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure SAP aligns with the overall IT landscape and strategy. - Engage with leadership and external partners to define functional and technical requirements - Support pre-sales and proposal efforts by preparing solution blueprints, effort estimates, and presentations.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 12+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 4+ years in an architecture or solution design. - Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, deployment models, and migration approaches. - Deep understanding of multiple SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, HCM, or CRM). - Experience with SAP BTP, integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management), and Fiori/UI5. - Knowledge of SAP Basis, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Good understanding of non-SAP integration, APIs and middleware. - Proven experience in leading greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid SAP implementation projects. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:- SAP Certified Technology or Solution Architect certification. - Experience in SAP Rise with S/4HANA implementations. - Exposure to data migration, analytics (SAC), and AI/ML integration with SAP. - Experience in Agile or DevOps-based delivery models.SELECCION CONSULTING LLC is an equal opportunity employer, providing equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, creed, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected basis, including arrest and conviction records, in accordance with applicable law
