Job Description :- Gather a complete understanding of the requirements and tasks of Epics/user stories planned in a Release/Sprint.- Understand the current and proposed design and prepare LLD for Epics, considering the dependencies across domains, other teams.- Follow best coding practices and adhere to the code coverage metrics.- Demonstrate a developed piece of code- Collaborate with different teams- Troubleshoots production tickets that may be raised during offshore hours- Arrive WBS for Epics planned in a Release/Sprint- Code Review work deliverables- Guide, Coach Scrum teams on newer tech stacks - Share best practices- Collaborate with different teams;Shift : General / Normal Working HoursAbout the Role : We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in JBoss Fuse and Apache Camel to design, develop, and implement scalable integration solutions within enterprise microservices environments.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with hands-on experience in integration frameworks, microservices architecture, and backend development best practices.Key Responsibilities :- Understand business requirements and translate them into well-structured, scalable technical designs.- Develop and enhance integration flows using Apache Camel / JBoss Fuse frameworks.- Prepare Low-Level Design (LLD) documents considering dependencies across domains and systems.- Participate in sprint planning and release activities by estimating tasks and preparing WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).- Follow best coding standards, ensure code coverage, and maintain clean, testable code.- Conduct code reviews and guide the team on integration and microservices best practices.- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure smooth delivery across modules.- Provide L3 support/production troubleshooting for issues raised during offshore hours.- Share best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Mandatory Skills :- Java Development (Core Java, Spring Boot)- JBoss Fuse / Apache Camel (Integration Frameworks)- Java Microservices Architecture- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and integration design patternsDesired Skills :- Denodo (Data Virtualization)- SQL / RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelinesQualifications :- B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related discipline.- 5 - 8 years of experience in backend development and integration frameworks.- Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.- Hands-on experience in enterprise-grade integration or data virtualization projects is a plus.
