Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend solutions using Node.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and project managers.

- Hands-on development using Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality code and meet project deadlines.

- Work closely with the database team for data modeling, optimization, and integration.

- Review code, provide feedback, and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery timelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development using Node.js.

- Strong hands-on experience with Express.js and RESTful APIs.

- Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects independently.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
