Job Description
Title: Ecommerce Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure all products are accurately listed and catalogued in the system, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Oversee and manage online sales platforms, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly reconcile sales data, payments, and inventory to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory, sales records, and financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage and execute ad campaigns across all major platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
