Excellent paymaster .Job Opening: Design Engineer – Civil & Structural Location:Chennai Experience:10–15 years Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering About the Role: We are looking for an experiencedCivil & Structural Design Engineerto join our team, specializing inSubstation Switchyard & Power Transmissionprojects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise indesign and engineeringwithin the construction domain, delivering high-quality solutions for power infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Structural analysis and design of AIS/GIS substations, control room buildings, and associated civil elements. Design of transformer, tower, and girder foundations. Development of drawings for outdoor equipment foundations, guard houses, staff quarters, grading, roads, and drainage systems. Design of outdoor steel structures and other miscellaneous works related to substations and cabling. Coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of design packages. Required Skills & Experience: 10–15 yearsof relevant experience inSubstation Switchyard & Power Transmissionindustry. Strong knowledge ofstructural and civil engineering design codesand standards. Proficiency in design software and drafting tools, Such as STAAD Pro, STAAD, Etabs, and AutoCAD. Experience in end-to-end design — from concept to detailed engineering.
