Role Overview: As the HR & Admin Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping Lysto’s culture, enhancing employee engagement, and managing various administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a positive and productive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Organize and manage events, workshops, and activities that promote team building and employee morale.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and address concerns.
- Develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Employer Branding:
- Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting our culture and values both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling employer branding content for social media, careers pages, and other platforms.
Business Support and Stakeholder Management:
- Provide all forms of administrative support across various business functions. This excludes HR operations like payroll operations etc.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s people policies and procedures.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Occasional Hiring:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Work with external recruitment vendors to facilitate early closure of all critical hiring positions
- Conduct screening interviews, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Goal Setting:
- Assist in the development and tracking of individual and team goals.
- Provide support in performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure alignment of employee goals with overall company objectives.
Driving High Performance:
- Work with the leadership to develop and enforce performance standards that drive excellence and accountability.
- Implement initiatives and programs to enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a high-performance culture by recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance.
Hands-On Approach:
- Adopt a hands-on approach to addressing all HR and administrative challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
