Brief Description of Duties:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Digital Insurance Solution built on our proprietary solution stack.

This role requires hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, excellent stakeholder and customer-facing skills, and a strong understanding of insurance domain processes.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solution-oriented mindset, be proactive in identifying risks and improvements, and ensure disciplined project governance including change control management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for the delivery of digital insurance solutions, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget are met.

- Act as a primary interface with customers, driving solution discussions, clarifying requirements, and maintaining alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate closely with internal solution architects, developers, QA, and business teams to translate client needs into actionable backlog items.

- Apply and promote Agile/Scrum practices (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive iterative development and incremental delivery.

- Manage project tracking and reporting using JIRA, ensuring accurate status updates, issue resolution, and risk management.

- Establish and enforce Change Control processes, ensuring all scope changes are well-documented, impact-assessed, and approved.

- Identify, document, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues as required to ensure smooth delivery.

- Contribute to solutioning discussions with a problem-solving approach, ensuring technology recommendations align with client goals and insurance industry best practices.

Essentials:

- 2+/5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in Digital Transformation or Portal Solutions.

- Proven experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on expertise in JIRA for project tracking, backlog grooming, and sprint management.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.

- Ability to understand solution architecture, and technical delivery aspects to engage meaningfully with technical teams.

- Insurance domain experience (Life, Health, P&C) highly desirable; familiarity with digital insurance journeys like policy purchase, claims, renewals, etc.

- Experience in implementing and driving Change Control processes.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solutioning mindset.

Requirements:

- This role requires excellent Technical and Communication skills with good inter-personal skills.

- Must have proven experience of implementing similar role description.

- You should be a B.E/ B.Tech /M.Tech
