Role Overview

As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our workforce. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining a positive work culture aligned with the agency's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
Prepare and share offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documentation.
Plan and execute a seamless onboarding process, including orientations and buddy programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement employee engagement activities such as team outings, appreciation programs, and wellness initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

3. HR Operations:

Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves, and payroll details.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage performance reviews and coordinate feedback sessions.

4. Policy Development:

Draft and update HR policies, ensuring they align with company goals and legal standards.
Communicate policies clearly to employees and enforce them as needed.

5. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and organize workshops or sessions to enhance employee skills.
Support professional growth through career development plans.

6. Administrative Tasks:

Oversee employee benefits, reimbursements, and other HR-related logistics.
Collaborate with management to plan resource allocation and workforce strategy.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (Zoho People, Keka, or similar).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.
