-         Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly WordPress and React websites.

-         Customize and implement WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.

-         Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and errors on our websites.

-         Conduct thorough testing to ensure the resolution of reported issues.

-         Evaluate and integrate third-party plugins to enhance website functionality.

-         Customise and extend plugin functionalities as needed.

-         Write clean and efficient PHP code to extend website functionality as needed.

-         Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

-         Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing responsive design principles.

-         Regularly update and maintain existing websites to ensure optimal performance and security.

-         Implement and maintain security measures to protect our websites from potential threats.

-         Stay updated on the latest security trends and apply best practices for website security.

-         Implement and test core updates, plugin updates, and theme updates.

-         Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

2.       SEO Optimization:

-         Work closely with the Marketing team to implement on-page SEO best practices on our websites.

-         Monitor website performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

-         Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness.

-         Conduct regular performance testing and implement improvements.

3.       Content Management:

  - Update and maintain website content using WordPress CMS.

  - Ensure content is well-organized, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines

Front End – React JS

6. Documentation:

-         Maintain comprehensive documentation of website configurations, updates, and custom features.

-         Provide clear and detailed documentation for other team members.

7. Communication:

-         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing team, content creators to achieve project goals.

-         Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

-         2+ years of experience in developing PHP, ReactJs, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

-         Experience with PHP frameworks / platforms such as WordPress, Joomla development, customization, and plugin integration.

-         Knowledge of SEO best practices for WordPress, and related websites.

Communication Skills:

-         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

-         Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
