This is a fully hands-on, individual-contributor role requiring strong automation, manual testing understanding, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java)• Automate critical flows across CashKaro.com, EarnKaro.com, and other internal products• Identify, document, and track software defects to closure• Design and implement comprehensive test plans for new features and enhancements• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios• Execute manual test cases to understand functionality before automation• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings clearly to the Product & Tech teams• Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards across the software development lifecycle• Contribute to improving QA checklists, stability checks, and testing documentation🔹 Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java• Hands-on experience using Page Object Model (POM) for automation framework design• Strong Java coding skills with solid understanding of OOP concepts• Experience with TestNG• Proficiency with Git (version control, branching, merging)• Ability to perform thorough manual testing before automation• Strong understanding of user flows and journeys to ensure meaningful coverage• Continuous learner with interest in new tools, frameworks, and QA best practices
