You’ll: Write scroll-stopping hooks + ad scripts for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube shorts Understand consumer psychology and structure scripts to convert Adapt tone for different personas, creators, and brands Work closely with creative strategists and editors You should have: Experience writing UGC/performance ads Strong storytelling sense + clarity in messaging Ability to simplify ideas and make them sound human, not “ad-y” If you get excited by “how to make a viewer go fromscrolltowait… tell me more ,” we’d like to talk.
