Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join- our Quality Assurance team.

The Quality Analyst will play a critical- role in ensuring the quality of our ServiceNow products and services by conducting- thorough testing and analysis.

This position requires a strong attention- to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work- collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous- improvement in quality.

Key Responsibilities :

Test Planning and Execution :

- Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of product or service functionality.

- Execute test cases, both manually and through automated testing tools, and document test results.

Defect Identification and Reporting :

- Identify and report defects or quality issues, including detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.

- Work closely with development teams to facilitate defect resolution and retesting.

Quality Metrics and Reporting :

- Monitor and track key quality metrics and KPIs to assess product or service quality.

- Generate and communicate quality reports to stakeholders.

Regression Testing :

- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not introduce new defects or impact existing functionality. We are not looking for manual testing experience only.

Mandatory Skill :

- Some kind of automation tool like selenium, , testNG etc.

- Postman , rest api testing.

- SQL.

- Basic scripting needed to run test automation framework.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and testing methodologies.

- Experience with testing tools and test case management software.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance standards (e., ISO 9001) is a plus.

- Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages is a plus.
