Role Description Job Title: Legal Executive / Junior In-House Counsel Location: Bengaluru (On-Site) Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week Compensation: ₹3,60,000 Per Annum Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of in-house corporate legal experience Key Responsibilities Contract Management Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, NDAs, and internal legal documents. Evaluating and reviewing all company documents prior to signing. Litigation & Legal Coordination Assisting with company litigation matters. Coordinating with external counsel and preparing relevant documentation. Handling company-related legal and police matters as required. Compliance & Documentation Conducting detailed document reviews to ensure compliance and internal consistency. Assisting in formulating and implementing new policies related to legal compliance and governance that support business growth. Liaison with Government Departments Representing the company with Government departments and regulatory bodies. Ensuring timely communication, filings, and compliance. Legal Research Performing relevant legal research and providing actionable insights and support to internal teams. Qualifications & Skills L.L.B. (Bachelor’s degree in Law) is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of in-house legal experience preferred. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Solid understanding of litigation processes. Proficiency in contract drafting and legal document review. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a demanding on-site environment.
