Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute category-specific growth strategies to enhance patient acquisition and retention.

- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth within surgical categories.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline service delivery and achieve overall business goals.

- Patient Satisfaction: Ensure high patient satisfaction by actively addressing feedback and resolving any escalations in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
