The role involves planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Key responsibilities include managing database replication processes, implementing database security measures, troubleshooting database issues, and guaranteeing data integrity. The administrator will be tasked with proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and supporting database end-users.Qualifications- Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration and overall experience with Database Administration - Knowledge of Replication processes and methods - Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving database issues promptly - Experience with implementing and maintaining robust Database Security protocols - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Relevant Oracle Database Administrator certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus
