Job Description:We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Tally ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting overall financial operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP with accuracy and completeness. - Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor statements. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely documentation. - Collaborate with management for budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). - 3–4 years of accounting experience with strong proficiency in Tally ERP. - Sound knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Proficient in MS Excel and other financial tools. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
