If you know the thrill of closing tough positions, can juggle IT and non-IT roles like a pro, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — you’re exactly who we want.You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate experience.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. - Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains. - Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision. - Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques. - Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (because that’s how we roll).What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory). - Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients. - Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours.Why Join Us?- Be part of a high-energy, performance-driven team that values hard work and smart recruiting. - Work directly with Federal and State clients — a great way to sharpen your professional edge. - Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a work culture that believes in results and good humor.
