Job Summary:

- We are seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT staffing solutions for our clients.

- The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

- This role involves coordinating with recruiters, ensuring fulfilment of client requirements, and delivering top-quality talent on time.

Key Responsibilities:.

Delivery & Fulfilment:.

- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of IT staffing solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.

- Manage the recruitment team, guiding them in sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to meet client needs.

- Ensure timely fulfilment of open positions, balancing quality with speed.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing direction, feedback, and motivation.

- Coordinate team efforts to meet client expectations, performance targets, and quality standards.

- Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement training programs.

Process Improvement:

- Continuously monitor delivery processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:.

- Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and placement success rate.

- Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery performance and key metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.

- Work closely with recruiters and sourcing specialists to optimize delivery strategies.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in IT staffing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.

- Strong knowledge of IT industry roles, technologies, and market trends.

- Excellent client management and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
