JOB DETAILS
1. Experience in chemical marketing (Any chemicals, preferably from alkalies) or any B to B
2. Keeping watch on competitor's activity
3. Regular visit to key customer and maintain good customer relationship
4. Improving the market share, streamline sales and marketing operations
5. Generate new customer, send quotation and take order
6. Analyzing new customer, send quotation and communicate appropriately
7. Preparing MIS reports (Monthly Booking Statement, Sales Planning Report, Dealer-wise Monthly Dispatch Report, and Analysis Report of Key Customers.)
8. Drive key Business Development initiatives to develop new segments/markets to drive the profitability and sales revenue growth
9. Follow up for payments and handle customer complaints through CRM
10. Consolidate and propose Sales Plan and Production Plan to ensure optimization of product sales and sufficient orders are available to ensure optimum capacity utilization and keep inventory in check
