The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. They will be responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Additional tasks include managing employee benefits, coordinating performance appraisals, and addressing HR-related queries and grievances.QualificationsStrong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relationsExperience in training, development, and talent managementExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirementsProblem-solving mindset and ability to address employee concerns effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM Certified Professional) are a plusPrior experience in a managerial HR role is preferred
