•Min 2+ years of Pega Smart Dispute Framework Experience

•Must have CSSA certification

•Design & development experience in Pega 7.x and/or 8.x ? Understanding on SD Framework Dispute flows 

•Knowledge on SD Framework OOTB features & experience on the different claim flows for Bill pay /ACH/ATM and Debit transactions 

•Strong experience in integrations includes Email Listener, SOAP, REST, API's etc. 

•Good knowledge of Case Management 

•Should have involved in at least 2 project implementations

•Experience in analysing production environment performance and suggest recommendations for improvement 

•Experience in Agile methodology 

•Strong debugging skills and experience of system administration tools 

•Knowledge of Pega implementation methodology
