Position Summary :

Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking IT Strategist to drive the development and implementation of data governance, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping the organizations digital transformation by ensuring data integrity, leveraging technology for strategic decision-making, and aligning IT with business Responsibilities :

Data & Information Governance :

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance strategies, frameworks, and policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and security.

- Establish data management standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company IT Planning :

- Collaborate with executive leadership, IT, Quality, and various business units to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.

- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for business improvement and Intelligence & Analytics :

- Lead the adoption and implementation of analytics platforms and BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.

- Oversee the design and deployment of reporting dashboards and KPI tracking systems across & Technology Management :

- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and value realization.

- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to assess potential applicability and impact on business & Training :

- Mentor and guide internal IT teams on best practices in data strategy, governance, and information architecture.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote a data-centric culture across the & Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 710 years of experience in IT strategy, data governance, or business intelligence roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.

- Experience managing technology vendors and partnerships.
